Mathew Verrengia, Managing Director, Partner, and Senior Wealth Management Advisor at Hightower, brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry to the team. Prior to joining Hightower, Mathew was an Investment Associate and an integral member of Pamela L. Abraham & Associates at Merrill Lynch since 2002. He advises clients on estate and insurance planning as well as mortgage and liability management.
Mathew earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 2010, and is a graduate of the University of Central Florida. Before joining Merrill Lynch, he worked at American General Finance, Ameriquest Mortgage, and Alliance Financial Group.
Mathew is very involved in the parenting and activities of the five children from his blended family. A “techie” at heart, he stays current on all aspects of technology and greatly assists clients with their technology needs. In his very little spare time, he is a dedicated CrossFit athlete scoring in the top five percent of his age group in the worldwide CrossFit Open.
